Please note that if your child needs to take medication during school hours, a written instruction must be given to the school. Medicines should not be left in children's bags and children must never be told to selfadminister.

Parental Declaration

We confirm that we wish to enrol our child as a student at the Rainbow School and that we are personally responsible for the prompt payment of all school fees.
It is our understanding that the school is covered by third party public liability insurance but that we are responsible for the payment of medical fees incurred if the school considers it necessary to consult a medical practitioner in our absence.
We understand that we will be notified if our child is to take part in activities away from the school campus and that a signed permission slip will be required beforehand. For the school's part, we understand that the staff members undertake to care for our child in the way that a wise parent would care for his/her own children.

It is mandatory that BOTH parents or guardians sign unless in the case of a single parent
